Uncommitted Rate definition

Uncommitted Rate means the rate established for the shipment of non-Committed Volumes by the Committed Shipper’s Transportation Services Agreement.
Uncommitted Rate means the rate identified as the “Uncommitted Rate” in Section II of this tariff.
Uncommitted Rate means the rate charged to a Shipper for transportation of Uncommitted Volumes pursuant to Transporter’s Rate Tariff. Any Uncommitted Rate shall be less than any Committed Firm Service Rate.

  • Payment for volumes received from Uncommitted Shippers shall be equal to the Uncommitted Volumes received multiplied by the applicable Uncommitted Rate for Uncommitted Shippers.

  • In order to qualify for the Uncommitted Rate based on an acreage dedication, an Uncommitted Shipper must have an effective dedication agreement with Gatherer pursuant to which such Uncommitted Shipper has agreed to deliver crude petroleum produced from the dedicated acreage for transportation on the Gathering System.

Uncommitted Rate means the rate established for the shipment of non-Committed Volumes by Carrier’s tariff rates on file with the TRRC and/or FERC, as applicable.
