Turnover End Date definition

Turnover End Date means the final day that the arrangements in this Part of the Schedule apply;
Turnover End Date the final day that the arrangements in this Schedule apply; “Turnover Period” a period of one year falling within the Term and ending on and including a Year End but: the first Turnover Period will be the period starting on [the Rent Commencement Date] and ending on the Year End that follows or if that Year End is less than [3] months after the commencement of the first Turnover Period, ending on the second following Year End; and the last Turnover Period will be the period starting on the day after the last Year End before the Turnover End Date and ending on the Turnover End Date;
Turnover End Date means the final day that the arrangements in this Part of the Schedule apply; “Turnover Rent “ the amount by which the Specified Percentage of the Turnover in each Turnover Year exceeds the Base Rent payable in respect of that Turnover Year143;

  • CONTRACT END DATE Contract performance shall terminate as of December 31, 2027, with no new obligations being incurred after this date unless the Contract is properly amended, provided that the terms of this Contract and performance expectations and obligations shall survive its termination for the purpose of resolving any claim or dispute, for completing any negotiated terms and warranties, to allow any close out or transition performance, reporting, invoicing or final payments, or during any lapse between amendments. CERTIFICATIONS: Notwithstanding verbal or other representations by the parties, the “Effective Date” of this Contract or Amendment shall be the latest date that this Contract or Amendment has been executed by an authorized signatory of the Contractor, the Department, or a later Contract or Amendment Start Date specified above, subject to any required approvals. The Contractor certifies that they have accessed and reviewed all documents incorporated by reference as electronically published and the Contractor makes all certifications required under the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications under the pains and penalties of perjury, and further agrees to provide any required documentation upon request to support compliance, and agrees that all terms governing performance of this Contract and doing business in Massachusetts are attached or incorporated by reference herein according to the following hierarchy of document precedence, the applicable Commonwealth Terms and Conditions, this Standard Contract Form, the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications, the Request for Response (RFR) or other solicitation, the Contractor’s Response (excluding any language stricken by a Department as unacceptable, and additional negotiated terms, provided that additional negotiated terms will take precedence over the relevant terms in the RFR and the Contractor’s Response only if made using the process outlined in 801 CMR 21.07, incorporated herein, provided that any amended RFR or Response terms result in best value, lower costs, or a more cost effective Contract.

  • Agreement End Date has the meaning specified in Section 10.1(e).

  • Turnover Date means the earliest of the following dates:

  • Standard Turnover means the turnover achieved between the date of commencement of your business and the date of the damage, converted to the selected indemnity period.

  • Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;

  • Investment End Date : means 11 November 2022, or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.

  • Monitoring Period means the period from the Launch Date to the Valuation Date (both dates including) at such point in time at which the Reference Price of the Underlying is determined and published..

  • Last Scheduled Distribution Date The Distribution Date in the month immediately following the month of the latest scheduled maturity date for any of the Mortgage Loans.

  • LCA Test Date has the meaning specified in Section 1.03(e).

  • Turnover Plan means the written plan developed by Contractor, approved by HHSC, and to be employed when the Work described in the Contract transfers to HHSC, or its designee, from the Contractor.

  • Monthly Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Transition Date means the date on which this contract comes into effect for all purposes. Schedule 1 (Contract Particulars)

  • Annual Turnover means the actual turnover achieved during your first year of operations, from the commencement of your business to the date of the damage, converted to a 12-month equivalent figure.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 20th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • Benchmark Transition Start Date means, in the case of a Benchmark Transition Event, the earlier of (a) the applicable Benchmark Replacement Date and (b) if such Benchmark Transition Event is a public statement or publication of information of a prospective event, the 90th day prior to the expected date of such event as of such public statement or publication of information (or if the expected date of such prospective event is fewer than 90 days after such statement or publication, the date of such statement or publication).

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Generator to Load Distribution Factor or “GLDF” shall mean a generator’s impact on a Flowgate while serving load in that generator’s Balancing Authority Area.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors. Furniture maintenance product does not include: dusting aids; wood cleaners, and products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning; and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Flip-In Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.
