Turnover Date definition

Turnover Date means the earliest of the following dates:
Turnover Date means, with respect to any Products installed by Nortel hereunder, the date on which Nortel provides the Turnover Notice to Buyer pursuant to Section 8.a. of this Product Attachment.
Turnover Date means the date in respect of an applicable Fixturing Period which commences in accordance with the provisions of the Lease.

  • Effective as of the Servicing Turnover Date (as used herein, “Servicing Turnover Date” means the date on which Program Agent delivers a Termination Notice to the Servicer and the Backup Servicer pursuant to Section 6.01(c) hereof), the Backup Servicer shall, pursuant to Section 6.01(d), be appointed as the successor Servicer and, except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, be the successor in all respects to the predecessor Servicer.

  • From and after the Servicing Turnover Date, on a weekly basis, the successor Servicer shall identify Collections received by the successor Servicer and remit the amounts, to the Collection Account as provided for herein and pending such remittance, such funds shall be held by the successor Servicer in trust for the benefit of the Program Agent.

  • Following the Turnover Date, Buyer may test the applicable Products for compliance with the Acceptance Criteria using the tests and test procedures contained in Nortel's Installation Manuals with respect to such Products.

  • On each Monthly Reporting Date from and after the Servicing Turnover Date, the successor Servicer shall provide Program Agent with a Monthly Report.

  • If the Closing occurs as provided in the immediately preceding sentence, the term “Effective Time” for the purposes of prorations and adjustments under Article XII shall be the Turnover Date.


More Definitions of Turnover Date

Turnover Date means the earlier of (i) the date Landlord’s Work and Landlord’s Additional Work (except for Landlord’s Common Area Work and the Stairwell Work) are substantially completed or (ii) the date Landlord’s Work and Landlord’s Additional Work (except for Landlord’s Common Area Work and the Stairwell Work) would have been substantially completed but for one or more Tenant Delays.
Turnover Date means, with respect to any Product installed by Nortel Networks hereunder, the date on which Nortel Networks provides a notice of Turnover to Company.
Turnover Date means the date upon which the Declarant's right to amend this Declaration is terminated pursuant to Section 9.2 hereof.
Turnover Date shall have the definition provided in Section 2.2. -------------
Turnover Date means the date upon which control of a majority of the seats on the
Turnover Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.22(xv).
