Trust 2 definition

Trust 2 means the registered managed investment scheme known as Abacus Income Trust ARSN 104 934 287;
Trust 2 has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Trust 2 means Fideicomisco Avianca/Aces Lloyds 2, a trust organized under the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
