Trinity Group definition

Trinity Group means (i) Trinity and each of its Subsidiaries immediately following the Effective Time and (ii) each other Person who is or becomes an Affiliate of Trinity at or after the Effective Time, in each case, other than the members of the Arcosa Group.
Trinity Group means Trinity and its Affiliates, excluding any entity that is a member of the Arcosa Group, as determined immediately after the Distribution.
Trinity Group means Trinity and PubCo, collectively.

  • Horizon means a layer of soil, approximately parallel to the surface, that has distinct characteristics produced by soil forming processes.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • In loco parentis means relating to the responsibility to undertake the care and control of another person in the absence of:

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Broadridge means Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.;

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • CGS means the Connecticut General Statutes.

  • Cendant means Cendant Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • CHS means Code Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx IV LP, a Delaware limited partnership.

  • Residentia Group means Residentia Group Pty Ltd of 165 Barkly Avenue Burnley VIC, ACN 600 546 656 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;

  • ESP means the Company’s Executive Savings Plan.

  • Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.

  • GVWR means gross vehicle weight rating.

  • Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3

  • Odyssey means Odyssey Trust Company.

  • Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • First Horizon First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, a Kansas corporation and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of First Tennessee National Corporation, a Tennessee corporation. Fitch: Fitch Ratings or any successor thereto. If Fitch is designated as a Rating Agency in the Preliminary Statement, for purposes of Section 11.5(b) the address for notices to Fitch shall be Fitch, Inc., Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Attention: Residential Mortgage Surveillance Group, or such other address as Fitch may hereafter furnish to the Depositor and the Master Servicer.
