Tricom Stock means, collectively, the Tricom Class A Stock and the Tricom Class B Stock.

  • In order to cancel the portion of the Dominican Holding Company Unsecured Financial Claims Portion relating to TCN, Holding Company will first capitalize such portion in exchange for shares of new Tricom Stock, in accordance with the transactions described in Sections 7.9(b) and (c) above.

  • Amalco Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of Amalco;

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Company;

  • Unit Shares means the Common Shares comprising part of the Units;
