Tranche A-1 Loan definition

Tranche A-1 Loan means, collectively, the Revolving Loans made by the Tranche A-1 Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
Tranche A-1 Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
Tranche A-1 Loan means an extension of credit in Dollars made by a Tranche A-1 Lender to AgileThought Mexico pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Tranche A-1 Loan in a sentence

  • No Interest Period with respect to any Tranche A-1 Loan may end after the Tranche A-1 Maturity Date and no Interest Period for any Tranche A-2 Loan may end after the Tranche A-2 Date.

  • Upon request of a US Tranche A1 Lender, US Borrowers shall jointly and severally execute and deliver to such US Tranche A1 Lender a note to evidence the US Tranche A1 Loan Commitment of that US Tranche A1 Lender.

  • Written notices for funding requests under the US Tranche A1 Loan Commitment shall be in the form attached as Exhibit 1.1(e)(ii) (“Notice of US Tranche A1 Revolving Credit Advance”).


More Definitions of Tranche A-1 Loan

Tranche A-1 Loan means either a Base Rate Loan or a Eurodollar Loan with a maturity date occurring on the Tranche A-1 Maturity Date.

Tranche A-1 Loan means an Initial Term Loan made on the Closing Date pursuant to Section 2.01(a) of the Original Credit Agreement that remain outstanding on the ARCA Effective Date. The aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Tranche A-1 Loans as of the ARCA Effective Date is $427,500,000.
