Trailing Four Quarter EBITDA definition

Trailing Four Quarter EBITDA means, with respect to the Borrower, the EBITDA for the immediately preceding four fiscal quarters of the Borrower.
Trailing Four Quarter EBITDA of Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is amended in its entirety to read as follows:
Trailing Four Quarter EBITDA means, with respect to the Borrower and all of its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the EBITDA for the immediately preceding four Fiscal Quarters of the Borrower.
