Trade Claim Settlement Distribution definition

Trade Claim Settlement Distribution means (a) Cash in an amount equal to$0.75 on account of each dollar of an Allowed Trade Claim and (b) a release by the Debtors of all Avoidance Actions against the holders of Allowed Trade Claims.

  • If the holder of a Trade Claim elects not to receive the Trade Claim Settlement Distribution, the first payment on account of its Trade Claim shall be made on or about the date such Trade Claim is determined to be Secured pursuant to a Final Order, on which date such Trade Claim shall become Allowed.

If the audit is not completed within three years, the interim settlement shall be considered as the final settlement.

  • Class Prepayment Distribution Trigger For a Class of Subordinate Certificates for any Distribution Date, the Class Prepayment Distribution Trigger is satisfied if the fraction (expressed as a percentage), the numerator of which is the aggregate Current Principal Amount of such Class and each Class of Subordinate Certificates subordinate thereto, if any, and the denominator of which is the Scheduled Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans as of the related Due Date, equals or exceeds such percentage calculated as of the Closing Date.

  • Retail Settlement Code means the code approved by the Board which, among other things, establishes a distributor’s obligations and responsibilities associated with financial settlement among retailers and consumers and provides for tracking and facilitating consumer transfers among competitive retailers;

  • Cash Settlement Payment Date means in relation to a Series of Notes, the date specified as such or otherwise determined as provided in the relevant Final Terms.
