Trade Assignment definition

Trade Assignment means an assignment to Purchaser of a forward trade between the Takeout Investor and Seller with respect to one or more Purchased Assets, together with the related trade confirmation from the Takeout Investor to Seller that has been fully executed, is enforceable and is in full force and effect and confirms the details of such forward trade.
Trade Assignment means an assignment to Buyer of a forward trade between an Approved Investor and Seller with respect to one or more Purchased Agency Securities substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto.
Trade Assignment means an assignment to Administrative Agent for the benefit of Buyers under an intercreditor agreement of a forward trade between a Take‑out Investor and Seller with respect to one or more Transaction Mortgage Loans that are Pooled Mortgage Loans substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
