Townhouse Dwelling Unit definition

Townhouse Dwelling Unit means a Dwelling Unit in a building or structure that contains or may contain three or more Dwelling Units, each of which Dwelling Unit has a direct exterior entrance;
Townhouse Dwelling Unit means a dwelling unit within a townhouse dwelling.
Townhouse Dwelling Unit means a dwelling unit in a building divided vertically both above and below grade into three or more dwelling units, each such dwelling unit having an independent entrance either directly from outside the building or through a common vestibule.
