Total Active Subscribers of the Channel definition

Total Active Subscribers of the Channel means total active subscribers of the Zee Group Channel which will be arrived at by adding up the average active subscribers who have opted the channel on a-xx-xxxxx basis and average active subscribers of such bouquets comprising of the said ala-carte channel.
Total Active Subscribers of the Channel means total active subscribers of a ZMCL Channel which will be arrived at by adding up the average active subscribers who have opted the said ZMCL Channel on a-xx-xxxxx basis and average active subscribers of all such Bouquets of ZMCL comprising of the said ala-carte ZMCL Channel.

Related to Total Active Subscribers of the Channel

  • Average active subscriber base means the number arrived by averaging the active subscriber base count in the manner specified in the Schedule VII of the Regulation.

  • Active Subscriber “means a Subscriber who has been authorized to receive signals of subscribed Zee Group Channels as per the subscriber management system and whose set top box has not been denied signals.

  • Wellness activity means an explicit program of an activity

  • Unlicensed person means any person who is not a licensed dealer under this chapter.

  • Competitive Business Activity means:

  • Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) means a telephone company certificated by the Commission to provide local Exchange Service within AT&T-21STATE’s franchised area.

  • Geographic Region means large areas where similar combinations of climate, geomorphology, and potential natural vegetation occur, established for the purposes of implementing the water protection rules.

  • Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.

  • Licensed person means an individual who is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice a professional service by a court, department, board, commission, or an agency of this state or another jurisdiction, any corporation or professional services corporation all of whose shareholders are licensed persons, any partnership all of whose partners are licensed persons, or any limited liability company all of whose members and managers are licensed persons.

  • Specified sexual activities means any of the following:

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Business activity means that term as defined in section 3(2) of the former single business tax act, 1975 PA 228, or in section 105 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1105.

  • Motorsport Activities means any motorsport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which Motorsport Australia regulates or administers or otherwise are under the responsibility / control of Motorsport Australia;

  • Geographic Territory means the United States of America, including all of its territories and possessions, unless otherwise specified.

  • Transferring Supplier Employees means those employees of the Supplier and/or the Supplier’s Sub-Contractors to whom the Employment Regulations will apply on the Service Transfer Date.

  • Subscribed Channels means the a-la-carte channels and/or the bouquet of pay channels subscribed by the Licensee (from amongst the Channels), as are specifically identified by the Licensee by assigning tick marks (✔) as yes against such a-la-carte channels and bouquet of pay channels listed in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement, respectively.

  • Least developed country end product means an article that—

  • Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.

  • Qualified service provider means a Person with specific educational training or at least two years of experience in delivering the Supportive Service(s).

  • Detrimental Activity means any of the following: (i) unauthorized disclosure of any confidential or proprietary information of any member of the Company Group; (ii) any activity that would be grounds to terminate the Participant’s employment or service with the Service Recipient for Cause; (iii) a breach by the Participant of any restrictive covenant by which such Participant is bound, including, without limitation, any covenant not to compete or not to solicit, in any agreement with any member of the Company Group; or (iv) fraud or conduct contributing to any financial restatements or irregularities, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.

  • Competitive Set As defined in the STR Reports. Lessor and Lessee shall work in good faith to determine any additions and deletions to the Hotel’s Competitive Set, on or before November 15th of each year, with such changes to be applicable for the following Fiscal Year. In the event Lessor and Lessee cannot agree to the Hotel’s Competitive Set by November 15th of any year, such unagreed items shall be determined by Xxxxx Travel Research (or, if it refuses or is unable to do so, by arbitration pursuant to Section 25.2). The costs of resetting the Hotel’s Competitive Set shall be borne equally by the parties.

  • Traditional Territory means, subject to a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement, with respect to each Yukon First Nation and each Yukon Indian Person enrolled in that Yukon First Nation's Final Agreement, the geographic area within the Yukon identified as that Yukon First Nation's Traditional Territory on the map referred to in 2.9.0.

  • Competitive service means any service offered by an electric

  • Pattern of racketeering activity means the planned, ongoing, continuous or repeated participation or involvement in any offence referred to in Schedule 1 and includes at least two offences referred to in Schedule 1, of which one of the offences occurred after the commencement of this Act and the last offence occurred within 10 years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of such prior offence referred to in Schedule 1;

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.
