Token Delivery Date definition

Token Delivery Date means the date when Delivery of the bartered RTHs takes place.
Token Delivery Date means the date when Delivery of the MCVs takes place.
Token Delivery Date means the date on which the Company will deliver Tokens to Purchasers, or a custodian mutually agreed by the Company and the Purchaser, under this Agreement.

If such Insolvency, Nationalization, Merger Event or Tender Offer involves a choice of consideration to be received by holders, such holder shall be deemed to have elected to receive the maximum possible amount of cash.

  • Delivery Time means the time for Delivery stated in the Purchase Order.
