Title Package definition

Title Package means (i) a Lien Certificate noting the lien of the Originator of the Financed Vehicle, (ii) evidence that documentation has been submitted to the appropriate state motor vehicle authority to obtain a Lien Certificate noting the lien of the Originator of the Financed Vehicle or (iii) a Dealer Title Guaranty, if any.

Title Package has the meaning set forth in Section 7.16.
Title Package means the application for title to a Financed Vehicle and a copy of the existing title, lien entry form, letter of guaranty or receipt of registration, or such other similar documents, as applicable, in each case noting the lien of the Originator on the Financed Vehicle.

  • Pre-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
