Ticket Rebate Revenue definition

Ticket Rebate Revenue means any and all rebates, refunds, volume discounts or other payments payable by the Facility's ticket selling agent pursuant to the provisions of the Facility's ticket sales agreement and which is payable on account of the sale of tickets to Events at the Facility.
