Each family is only allowed to enjoy the benefit of the Third Child Priority Scheme to buy/sell a flat once.
Important NotesApplicants may wish to apply for an HDB flat under one of the following Priority Schemes, i.e. the Tenants’ Priority Scheme; the Third Child Priority Scheme; the Married Child Priority Scheme; the Senior Priority Scheme; Multi-Generation Priority Scheme or the Assistance Scheme for Second-timers (Divorced/Widowed Parents).
Applicants who meet the eligibility conditions may apply under the Third Child Priority (TCP) Scheme or Tenants’ Priority Scheme (TPS – applicable only for 2-room Flexi or 3-room flats).
Applicants must have at least 3 children* (natural offsprings from legal marriages or legally adopted) and comply with the following conditions:- *Divorcees applying for Third Child Priority Scheme must have legal custody, care and control of all 3 children.
Applicants may wish to apply for an HDB flat under one of the following Priority Schemes, i.e. the Tenants’ Priority Scheme or the Third Child Priority Scheme or the Married Child Priority Scheme.
The higher land capability values (≥8 to 15) are likely to be suitable as arable land for crop production, while lower values are only likely to be suitable asnon-arable grazing land.

Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography.
