Bye-laws means the bye-laws of the Company, as amended from time to time.
these Bye-Laws or “these presents” shall mean these Bye-Laws in their present form and all supplementary, amended or substituted Bye-Laws for the time being in force;
Laws means, collectively, all international, foreign, Federal, state and local statutes, treaties, rules, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, codes and administrative or judicial precedents or authorities, including the interpretation or administration thereof by any Governmental Authority charged with the enforcement, interpretation or administration thereof, and all applicable administrative orders, directed duties, requests, licenses, authorizations and permits of, and agreements with, any Governmental Authority, in each case whether or not having the force of law.
PRC Laws means any and all laws, regulations, statutes, rules, decrees, notices, and supreme court’s judicial interpretations currently in force and publicly available in the PRC as of the date hereof.
PRC means the People’s Republic of China, but solely for the purposes of this Agreement, excluding Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region and the islands of Taiwan.
People s Bank of China” means People’s Bank of China acting as the central bank of the People’s Republic of China pursuant to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the People’s Bank of China promulgated by the National People’s Congress on 18 March 1995.
State of Incorporation means Delaware.
Byelaws means those of a class which may be confirmed by the Welsh Ministers (but the provision which may be made includes provision to remove a requirement of confirmation).
COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA SS COUNTY OF PHILADELPHIA : The undersigned, being duly sworn, deposes and says that:
Mainland China means the People's Republic of China but excluding Hong Kong and Macau;
Corporations Law means the Corporations Law of the Commonwealth of Australia as applying in each State and Territory of Australia;
Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;
China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.
Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
the Law means any applicable law, proclamation, ordinance, act of parliament or enactment having force of law;
Province means the procuring Department, incorporating the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature.
Memorandum and Articles of Association means the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, as the same may be amended from time to time.
FOI Legislation means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000, all regulations made under it and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any amendment or re-enactment of any of them; and any guidance issued by the Information Commissioner, the Department for Constitutional Affairs, or the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (including in each case its successors or assigns) in relation to such legislation;
Sanctions Laws and Regulations means any sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any executive order (an “Executive Order”) or by any sanctions program administered by OFAC.
South Africa means the Republic of South Africa;
