The Grower definition

The Grower means the person/entity whose particulars are included in the Heritage Seeds e-EPR Registration Data below and who has agreed to acquire Seed and grow Grain upon the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

Examples of The Grower in a sentence

  • The Grower must not dispatch Produce to the Merchant that does not comply with the requirements in paragraph 4, has not been solicited by the Merchant and where a HPA has not been accepted by the Grower.
