The Capital Market Authority definition

The Capital Market Authority or “The Authority” means the Saudi Capital Market Authority. “Insured party” refers to the meaning set out in Item 2 (k) (2) of these terms and conditions.

  • Commodity Futures Trading Commission means the independent regulatory agency established by congress to administer the Commodity Exchange Act.

  • Financial Markets Act means the Financial Markets Act, 2012 (Act No. 19 of 2012);

  • New York Banking Day means any day except a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in The City of New York or a day on which banking institutions in The City of New York are authorized or obligated by law, regulation or executive order to be closed.

  • Sales finance company means that term as defined in section 2 of the motor vehicle sales finance act, MCL 492.102.

  • Barclays shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Corporate Finance Fee means the fee to be paid to the Agent by the Issuer in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Agent;
