Examples of Terms and Conditions of Purchase in a sentence

  • In addition to the insurance provisions in the City of Pawtucket Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the liability insurance coverage, except Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions or Workers’ Compensation insurance required for performance of a contract with the City of Pawtucket shall include the City of Pawtucket, its divisions, officers and employees as Additional Insureds but only with respect to the selected vendor’s activities under the contract.

  • The duty to indemnify and/or hold harmless the City of Pawtucket shall not be limited by the insurance required under the City of Pawtucket Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

  • All references to “terms and conditions” herein mean and include (i) these “General Terms and Conditions of Purchase”; (ii) Buyer’s Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase (when incorporated in Buyer’s Order); and (iii) any other terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing in accordance with Section 2 herein.

  • The Contract The contract awarded shall be for the supply of goods and/or services, subject to SCI’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase (attached to these Conditions).

  • The undersigned understands and agrees that any award resulting from this offer will be made in the form of an HCC Purchase Order and will have the following order of precedence: 1) HCC Terms and Conditions of Purchase Order, 2) HCC referenced solicitation including all amendments issued by HCC, 3) the RFP response as accepted and awarded by HCC.

  • As provided in the UC Terms and Conditions of Purchase, notices may be given by email, which will be considered legal notice only if such communications include the following text in the Subject field: FORMAL LEGAL NOTICE – [insert, as the case may be, Supplier name or University of California].

  • The following order of precedence shall apply in the event of an inconsistency within Buyer’s Order and its related documents, as applicable: (i) Buyer’s Order; (ii) Buyer’s Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase;(iii) Buyer’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase; (iv) the Specification; and (v) the Statement of Work or Scope of Services.

Related to Terms and Conditions of Purchase

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Conditions of Contract means those statements contained in or delivered with your Ticket/s or Itinerary/Receipt, identified as such and which incorporate by reference, these Conditions of Carriage and notices.

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

  • Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions of these Securities as set out in the General Conditions (Part A), the Product and Underlying Data (Part B) and the Special Conditions (Part C).

  • Conditions of Sale means the Conditions of Sale set out in Part 3 of this TenderDocument;

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any attachment hereto entitled, in whole or in part, “Special Terms and Conditions.”

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits, and the employer's personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees.

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Conditions of Use means Conditions 1 to 10 and the Schedules and Appendices of this document.

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.

  • Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Seller.

  • Purchase Price and Terms Agreement Those certain agreements setting forth the general terms and conditions of the transactions consummated herein and identifying the Mortgage Loans to be purchased from time to time hereunder, by and between the Seller and the Purchaser.

  • Purchase Price and Terms Letter With respect to each purchase of a Mortgage Loan Package hereunder, that certain letter agreement setting forth the general terms and conditions of such transaction consummated herein and identifying the Mortgage Loans to be purchased hereunder, by and between the Company and the Purchaser.   • Conditions of Approval means condition(s) imposed by the Municipality in the approval of a land development application, including any conditions contained in the annexure(s) and/or plans and/or attachment(s) that form part of the approval and/or are referred to in the approval of the land development application;

  • the Conditions means the standard terms and conditions set out in this document;

  • Closing Conditions shall include, but are not limited to, SI Securities determining in its sole discretion that at the time of a closing, the Minimum Offering has been met, the investment remains suitable for investors, investors have successfully passed ID, KYC, AML, OFAC, and suitability screening, and that Issuer has completed all actions required by it as communicated by SI Securities at the time of a closing.
