Term SOFR Committed Loan and “Term SOFR Loan” each means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of Term SOFR.
Term SOFR Committed Loan means a New Vehicle Floorplan Committed Loan, a Used Vehicle Floorplan Committed Loan or a Revolving Committed Loan, as the context may require, that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of “Adjusted Term SOFR.”
Term SOFR Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of Term SOFR. “Term SOFR Loan” means a Term SOFR Committed Loan or a Term SOFR Margin Bid Loan.

For purposes of calculating amounts payable by the Borrower to the Lenders under this Section 3.05, each Lender shall be deemed to have funded each Term SOFR Committed Loan and each Alternative Currency Loan made by it at Term SOFR or Term XXXXX, as applicable, by a matching deposit or other borrowing in the applicable interbank market for such currency for a comparable amount and for a comparable period, whether or not such Loan was in fact so funded.
More Definitions of Term SOFR Committed Loan
Term SOFR Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that is a Term SOFR Loan. “Term SOFR Loan” means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of “Term SOFR”. All Term SOFR Loans must be denominated in Dollars. “Term SOFR Screen Rate” means the forward-looking SOFR term rate administered by CME (or any successor administrator satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) and published on the applicable Reuters screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).
