Term Loan Priority Collateral Vessel definition

Term Loan Priority Collateral Vessel means any Vessel that constitutes Term Loan Priority Collateral. The Term Loan Priority Collateral Vessels as of the Closing Date are identified as such on Schedule 1.01(a).
