TCI Systems definition

TCI Systems means the Systems contributed to the Falcon Companies by TCI pursuant to the Contribution and Purchase Agreement referred to in the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of Falcon dated as of December 30, 1997, as amended.
TCI Systems means (i) the cable television systems contributed to the Company by TCI and (ii) any cable television system acquired by the Company upon the disposition of a TCI System or an exchange of a TCI System (including an acquisition by the Company using the proceeds of any disposition of a TCI System).
TCI Systems. The cable television systems contributed to the Partnership by TCI or TCI GP and serving the areas listed on Schedule 1.

  • There are not pending any unfair labor practice charges against TCI, any demand for recognition or any other effort of or request or demand from, a labor organization for representative status with respect to any Person employed by TCI that renders services in connection with the TCI Systems.

  • The cable television business and other income-generating businesses related to the TCI Systems conducted by TCI through the TCI Systems.

TCI Systems means (i) the cable television systems contributed to Insight Communications Midwest by TCI Indiana pursuant to the Indiana Contribution Agreement, (ii) the AT&T Systems, (iii) the Sale Systems, and (iv) any cable television system acquired by the Partnership upon the disposition of a TCI System or an exchange of a TCI System (including an acquisition by the Partnership using the proceeds of any disposition of a TCI System).
TCI Systems means the cable television systems in and around the areas listed on Schedule 7.7 and, to the extent provided in Section 11.19(b), but subject to Section 7.19, the Ellensburg System. As used in this Agreement, the term "TCI Systems" shall not include the Ellensburg System except as provided in Section 11.19(b).

Related to TCI Systems

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • Company Systems means the computer systems, including Software, hardware, networks, databases, systems, telecommunications equipment and websites (and all information transmitted thereby or stored therein), owned, leased, licensed or otherwise used or held for use by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their respective businesses.

  • Computer Systems means all servers, computer hardware, networks, software databases, telecommunications systems, interfaces, applications and related systems of the Company or used by the Company and its contractors.

  • Waterworks System means all waterworks and all appurtenances thereto, including water mains, service connections, pumping stations, wells, water storage facilities and treatment plants, and owned, controlled, maintained and operated by the City or by agreement between the City and others.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
