Tax Liens definition

Tax Liens means any Encumbrance relating to Taxes, other than a lien of the type described in clause (ii) of the definition of Permitted Liens.
Tax Liens means those tax liens which are held by a qualified
Tax Liens. Any Schedule A Tax Lien or Schedule B Tax Lien, and including, with respect to any Bankruptcy Tax Lien, the related Claim.
