Tax Lien means the Lien or purported Lien asserted by the treasurers of each of Blaine and Kingfisher Counties, Oklahoma, in the aggregate amount of not more than $313,062.42 as described in Exhibit A attached hereto, for unpaid and overdue property taxes for the 2007 and 2008 tax years.
