Tax Grant definition

Tax Grant means any Tax exemption, Tax holiday or reduced Tax rate granted by a Taxing Authority with respect to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that is not generally available to Persons without specific application therefor.
Tax Grant means any Tax exemption, Tax holiday or reduced Tax rate granted by a Taxing Authority with respect to any of the Acquired Companies that is not generally available to Persons without specific application therefor.
Tax Grant shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(g).
