Tangible Company Property definition

Tangible Company Property means: documents; reports; drawings; diagrams; summaries; photographs; designs; specifications; formulae; samples; models; research and development information; prototypes; tools; equipment; proposals; files; supplier information; and all other written, printed, graphic or electronically stored matter, as well as computer software, hardware, programs, disks and files, and any supplies, materials or tangible property that concern the Company’s business and that come into the Grantee’s possession by reason of the Grantee’s employment, including, but not limited to, any Confidential Information and Trade Secrets contained in tangible form.

Related to Tangible Company Property

  • Company Property means any and all property, both real and personal, tangible and intangible, whether contributed or otherwise acquired, owned by the Company.

  • Excluded Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).
