RSMML or “COMPANY” shall mean “Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Limited,” having its registered office at C - 89-90, Lal Kothi Scheme, Jaipur (Rajasthan) 302 015, and Corporate Office at 4, Meera Marg, Udaipur (Rajasthan) including its successors in office and assignees or its representatives authorized to act on its behalf for the purpose of contract.
DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. EPG means electronic program guide maintained by a DPO on its Digital Distribution Platform which lists the television channels and programs, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced electronic guide that allows Subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programs.
