Lender-Related Person means, with respect to any Lender, such Lender, together with such Lender’s Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.
Seller Related Party means the Selling Entities and each of their respective stockholders, partners, members, Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, controlling persons and agents.
Company Related Party means the Company and its former, current or future Affiliates and any of the foregoing’s respective former, current or future, direct or indirect, officers, other fiduciary, directors, employees, affiliates, stockholders, equityholders, managers, members, partners, agents, attorneys, advisors, lenders or other representatives or any of the foregoing’s respective successors or assigns.
Agent-Related Person means the Agent, together with its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, advisors, auditors and attorneys-in-fact of such Persons; provided, however, that no Agent-Related Person shall be an Affiliate of Borrower.
Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.
Seller Related Parties means Seller, RAR, ROP, the Applicable Parties, any Affiliate of Seller and their respective direct or indirect members, partners, stockholders, officers, directors, employees and agents.
Unrelated Person means any Person other than (i) a Subsidiary of Borrower or (ii) an employee stock ownership plan or other employee benefit plan covering the employees of Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
Company Related Parties means, collectively, (i) the Company and its Subsidiaries; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates, members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of the Company, its Subsidiaries and each of their respective Affiliates.
Rule 506(d) Related Party means, with respect to any Person, any other Person that is a beneficial owner of such first Person’s securities for purposes of Rule 506(d) under the Securities Act.
Agent-Related Persons means Agent, together with its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.
Designated Person means a person or entity:
Parent Related Parties means each of Parent, Merger Sub, any of their respective former, current or future equityholders, controlling Persons, limited or general partners, managers, members, Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, stockholders, assignees or Representatives.
Borrower Related Party As defined in Section 3.33 of this Agreement.
Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.
regulated person means a person whose collection activities are confined and are directly related to the operation of a business other than that of a collection agency including any of the following:
Obligated Person means a general partner of a limited partnership, a partner of a general partnership, or a participant in or an owner of an interest in any other type of business enterprise who, under applicable law, is generally liable for the obligations of the business enterprise.
Related Person means, with respect to any specified Person, such Person’s Affiliates and the respective officers, directors, employees, agents, advisors and attorneys-in-fact of such Person and its Affiliates.
Nominated Person means a person who is a member, or a member and Officer, of the Association
affiliated person promoter" and "principal underwriter" as used in the preceding sentence shall have the meanings assigned to each such term in the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended.
Related Persons means, with respect to any Person, each Affiliate of such Person and each director, officer, employee, agent, trustee, representative, attorney, accountant and each insurance, environmental, legal, financial and other advisor and other consultants and agents of or to such Person or any of its Affiliates.
Drug-related criminal activity means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).
Mortgage Loan Borrower Related Party shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 13.
Related Party means, with respect to the Sponsor, any direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Sponsor or any other Person that owns, directly or indirectly, 100% of the outstanding voting securities of the Sponsor.
Associated Persons means the directors, employees (whether full-time, part-time or casual), Related Bodies Corporate, agents, contractors, advisors and owners of Tabcorp and the Venue Operator, respectively, (as is applicable).
