Table 1 Aircraft means the new Boeing Model 777-FREIGHTER Aircraft incorporated in the table entitled “Aircraft Information Table 1 to the Purchase Agreement” as of the date of this Letter Agreement contingent upon Customer’s satisfaction of the conditions of Article [INSERT PAGE NUMBER] herein which are applicable to the Cancelled Aircraft.

  • Boeing will manufacture and deliver to Buyer and Buyer will purchase and accept delivery from Boeing the Model 737 aircraft (the Aircraft) described below in the quantities of the model types shown in Table 1, Aircraft Deliveries and Descriptions for Model 737 Aircraft, to this Agreement and manufactured in accordance with the detail specifications identified below (Detail Specification).

  • The Aircraft will be delivered to Buyer by Boeing, and Buyer will accept delivery of the Aircraft, in accordance with the schedule set forth in Table 1, Aircraft Delivery, Price & Description, of this Agreement.

  • Boeing will manufacture and deliver to Buyer and Buyer will purchase and accept delivery from Boeing of the Boeing Model 777-200ER aircraft listed in Table 1, Aircraft Delivery & Description, of this Agreement and manufactured in accordance with the Boeing detail specifications set forth in such Table 1, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement (Detail Specification).

  • Remove and replace, in its entirety, "Table 1, Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments" with the revised "Table 1, Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments", pages 1 and 2, attached hereto, to reflect the revised delivery schedule for the Aircraft.

  • The Aircraft Basic Price, expressed in July 1995 dollars, is set forth in Table 1, Aircraft Delivery, Price & Description, of this Agreement.

  • Remove and replace, in its entirety, "Table 1, Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments" with the revised "Table 1, Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments", attached hereto, to reflect the revised delivery schedule for the Aircraft and certain other changes.

  • Remove and replace, in its entirety, "Table 1, Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments" with the revised "Table 1, Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments" attached hereto, to reflect the [CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT].

  • Remove and replace, in its entirety, "Table 1, Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments" with the revised "Table 1, Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments", attached hereto, to reflect a change to the delivery date of two (2) 767-400ER aircraft.

Related to Table 1 Aircraft

  • New Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • aircraft engines means aircraft engines (other than those used in military, customs or police services) powered by jet propulsion or turbine or piston technology and:

  • Owned Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Substitute Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the NPA.

  • Replacement Airframe means an Airbus A321 aircraft or a comparable or improved model of Manufacturer (except (a) Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon and any and all Parts related to such Engine or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such aircraft.

  • Airframe means the Aircraft excluding the Propulsion Systems.

  • Ferry Flight means the movement of an aircraft without payload to position the aircraft to perform a flight or upon completion of a flight to position the aircraft to a point required by the carrier.
