Maximum Principal Amount. The maximum indebtedness secured by this Security Instrument shall not exceed ___________________________ Dollars ($ ____________________).
Maximum Principal Amount. The Note is hereby amended by deleting all references therein to “$6,884,588”, and replacing them with “$7,884,588”.
Maximum Principal Amount. In the event that the outstanding principal balance of the Loan plus the Letter of Credit Usage exceeds the Maximum Principal Amount at any time, Borrower shall pay the amount of such excess to Bank, without notice or demand, and any amount not so paid shall bear interest at the Default Rate until paid. Borrower's obligation to pay principal pursuant to this Section 2.2 shall include (but not be limited to) an obligation to pay principal in an amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of the Loan plus the Letter of Credit Usage to an amount equal to or less than Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) at all times. This is an absolute obligation to pay to Bank the amount of the unpaid principal balance of the Loan plus the Letter of Credit Usage in excess of said Maximum Principal Amount, regardless of the cause of such excess.
Maximum Principal Amount. The Mortgage, as amended by this Second Amendment, secures future advances and future obligations at any time outstanding up to a maximum principal amount of $170,000,000.
Maximum Principal Amount. Any and all references in the Loan Documents to the maximum principal amount of the Loan are hereby amended to mean $100,000,000.00.

Except as otherwise provided in the Indenture, the Series A Notes shall be limited to the aggregate Relevant Principal Amount set forth in Schedule 1.3 hereto, and the Series A-1 Notes and the Series A-2 Notes shall be limited to the respective Relevant Principal Amounts and shall have the respective Stated Maturities set forth in Schedule 1.4 hereto.
Maximum Principal Amount. The maximum principal amount secured by this Mortgage in the State of New Jersey upon recordation or upon any contingency that may be secured hereby at any time hereafter is $110,640,000.00, plus all advances made pursuant to any provisions of the Mortgage; provided that in no event shall any Mortgagee be obligated to advance in excess of the stated principal amount of the Note evidencing the indebtedness secured hereby.
Maximum Principal Amount. (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein or in any other Loan Document but subject to the limitations set forth in Section 2.2(d), the principal portion of Borrower's Liabilities outstanding at any one time during the term hereof shall not exceed:

The Maximum Principal Amount under the Note, as stated in the Second Amended and Restated Secured Cognovit Promissory Note, is hereby increased by Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,000) to reflect the additional advance made by Xxxxxx to Borrower in said amount. After the change described above, the Maximum Principal Amount under the Note is and shall be Twelve Million Seven Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Four and 9/100ths Dollars ($12,751,934.09).
