Supplemental Supply Agreement definition

Supplemental Supply Agreement means the Supplemental Supply Agreement, dated as of May 5, 1993, between the Borrower and PDVSA, as amended, modified and supplemented from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 7.17, unless the context otherwise requires.
