Supplemental Security Deed definition

Supplemental Security Deed means any deed supplemental to the Security Deed pursuant to which Security Interests are granted by a Chargor in favour of the Trustee by way of security for the liabilities and all other present and future obligations at any time due, owing or incurred by the Company, to the Bondholders, the Trustee, any Receiver or the Paying Agents under the Bonds, the Trust Deed, the Security Deed and the Paying Agency Agreement both actual and contingent and whether incurred solely or jointly and as principal or surety or in any other capacity.

  • Supplemental security income means the program authorized under title XVI of the social security act, 42 USC 1381 to 1383f.

  • First Mortgage Indenture means a first mortgage indenture pursuant to which any Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Borrower may issue bonds, notes or similar instruments secured by a lien on all or substantially all of such Borrower’s or such Subsidiary’s fixed assets, as the case may be.

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI) means a program available to certain aged and disabled persons that is administered by the Social Security Administration through the Social Security office.

  • Mortgage Indenture means the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated as of April 1, 1932, between SIGECO and Bankers Trust Company (as supplemented from time to time before or after the date hereof by various supplemental indentures thereto).

  • Supplemental Note means, for each Supplemental Loan (whether one or more), if any, the Multifamily Note secured by the Supplemental Instrument for that Supplemental Loan.

When used with respect to a single Supplemental Transfer Date, Supplemental Mortgage Loan shall mean a Supplemental Mortgage Loan conveyed to the Trust Fund on that Supplemental Transfer Date.

  • Fifth Supplemental Indenture means the Fifth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of November 27, 2009, among the Company, the Guarantors and the Trustee.

  • Supplemental Interest Account As defined in Section 4.07 hereof.

  • Supplemental Agreement means an agreement supplemental to this Agreement, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement to be entered into by the Secretary of State and the Company pursuant to which the Company agrees to establish and maintain, and to carry on or provide for the carrying on, and the Secretary of State agrees to fund, an Academy in accordance with the terms and conditions of that Supplemental Agreement and this Agreement;

  • Guarantee Assumption Agreement means a Guarantee Assumption Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Guarantee and Security Agreement between the Collateral Agent and an entity that pursuant to Section 5.08 is required to become a “Subsidiary Guarantor” under the Guarantee and Security Agreement (with such changes as the Administrative Agent shall request consistent with the requirements of Section 5.08).
