Superintendency of Banks definition

Superintendency of Banks means Superintendencia de Bancos y Otras Instituciones Financieras, the Borrower’s institution responsible for supervising and regulating depository financial institutions, established pursuant to Law No 316, published in La Gaceta No. 196 on October 14, 1999; and
Superintendency of Banks means the Superintendencia de Bancos de Guatemala;
Superintendency of Banks means the Superintendencia Bancaria of the Guarantor.
