Goldman Sachs means Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.
Citigroup Trust means each of Citigroup Capital III, Citigroup Capital XIII and Citigroup Capital XVIII, each a Delaware statutory trust, or any other similar trust created for the purpose of issuing preferred securities in connection with the issuances of junior subordinated notes under the junior subordinated debt indentures or the junior junior subordinated debt indenture.
Owner Trust means with respect to any Leased Aircraft, the trust created by the "Trust Agreement" referred to in the Leased Aircraft Indenture related thereto.
Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
Barclays Capital is a reference to Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC;
Deutsche Bank means Deutsche Bank AG and its affiliated companies, as the context requires.

Investment Provider means any commercial bank or trust company, bank holding company, investment company or other entity (which may include the Trustee, the Bond Registrar or the Paying Agent), whose credit rating (or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements) by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or is otherwise acceptable to each such Rating Agency in order to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency, which Investment Providers shall be approved by the Authority for the purpose of providing investment agreements.

First trust means a trust over which an authorized fiduciary may exercise the decanting power.

A person transmitting a payoff statement for a mortgage is the mortgage servicer for purposes of such mortgage.
