Substantial Vendor definition

Substantial Vendor means a Vendor whose contract or purchase orders (in the aggregate) with Contractor require payments by Contractor of at least $500,000.00.
Substantial Vendor means a Vendor whose contract or purchase orders (in the aggregate) with Contractor require payments by Contractor of at least $250,000.
Substantial Vendor means those Vendors listed on Exhibit J and any other Vendor whose contract or purchase orders (in the aggregate) with Contractor require payments by Contractor of at least [*****].
