Payments by Contractor. The Contractor will pay promptly and in a regular and orderly manner all wages, salaries, charges, and applicable assessments and taxes in respect of:

Payments by Contractor. The Contractor shall pay for (a) all transportation and utility services not later than the 20th day of the calendar month following that in which services are rendered; (b) all material, tools, and other expendable equipment to the extent of 90% of the cost thereof, not later that the 20th day of the calendar month following that in which such materials, tools and equipment are delivered at the site of the project, and the balance of the cost thereof, not later than the 30th day following the completion of tat part of the Work in or on which such material, tools and equipment are incorporated or used; and (c) to each of his sub-contractors, not later that the 5th day following each payment to the Contractor the respective amounts allowed the Contractor on account of the Work performed by his subcontractors to the extent of each subcontractor’s interest therein.
Payments by Contractor. A. Pay for all traffic control, safety, transportation and utility services not later than the 20th day of the calendar month following that in which services are rendered. Reimbursable costs for services rendered, as specified in the Contract Documents, shall not be incorporated into partial payment estimates until such time that the Contractor submits to the Engineer actual paid invoices from those in which services were rendered.
Payments by Contractor. The Contractor agrees to promptly pay all subcontractors upon receipt of each progress payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, the respective amounts allowed Contractor on account of the Work performed by its subcontractors to the extent of each such subcontractor's interest therein. In the event the University becomes informed that the Contractor has not paid a subcontractor as herein provided, the University shall have the right, but not the duty, to issue future checks in payment to the Contractor of amounts otherwise due hereunder naming the Contractor and such subcontractor as joint payees. Such joint check procedure, if employed by the University, shall create no rights in favor of any person or entity beyond the right of the named payees to payment of the check and shall not be deemed to commit or obligate the University to repeat the procedure in the future. This provision shall not supersede the procedures set forth in Article 8.00 of these General Conditions.

Payments by Contractor. 27.1 Contractors and subcontractors shall make prompt payment to their subcontractors and suppliers for amounts owed for work performed on the construction project within seven days after receipt of payment from the owner, contractor or subcontractor. If the contractor or subcontractor fails to pay his subcontractor and suppliers by first-class mail or hand delivery within seven days of receipt of payment, the contractor or subcontractor shall pay interest to his subcontractors and suppliers beginning on the eighth day after payment was due, computed at one and one- half percent of the undisputed amount per month or fraction of a month until payment is issued. These payment provisions apply to all tiers of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers (Section 57-28-1 et. seq. NMSA 1978).
Payments by Contractor. Contractor shall promptly pay each Subcontractor and Vendor, within five (5) business days after receipt of payment from Owner, the amount to which said Subcontractor or Vendor is entitled on account of such Subcontractor’s or Vendor’s portion of the Work, as reflected in the Payment Application and reflecting Retainage in accordance with Section 2.3.7 of this Agreement or amounts withheld under this Agreement. Contractor shall, by appropriate agreement with each Subcontractor and Vendor, require each Subcontractor and Vendor to make payments to their respective Subcontractors and Vendors in a similar manner.
