Subsidiary Operating Partnership definition

Subsidiary Operating Partnership means a limited liability company or limited partnership in which the only interest therein not owned (directly or indirectly) by Borrower and/or General Partner shall be preference interests or preference units, respectively.
Subsidiary Operating Partnership means AMB Property II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
