Subsidiary Board of Directors definition

Subsidiary Board of Directors means the board of directors of the relevant Core Subsidiary;
Subsidiary Board of Directors has the meaning set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement.
Subsidiary Board of Directors means any board of directors of any subsidiary of Providian.
