list of accredited prospective providers means the list of accredited prospective providers which the municipality must keep in terms of paragraph 14 of this policy;

Publicly Perform means to perform public recitations of the Work and to communicate to the public those public recitations, by any means or process, including by wire or wireless means or public digital performances; to make available to the public Works in such a way that members of the public may access these Works from a place and at a place individually chosen by them; to perform the Work to the public by any means or process and the communication to the public of the performances of the Work, including by public digital performance; to broadcast and rebroadcast the Work by any means including signs, sounds or images.
Rule 15c2-12 means Rule 15c2-12 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended through the date of this Undertaking, including any official interpretations thereof.
Rule 15Ga-1 Rule 15Ga-1 under the Exchange Act.
Regulation S means Regulation S promulgated under the Securities Act.
Regulation G means Regulation G of the Board as from time to time in effect and all official rulings and interpretations thereunder or thereof.
Rule 15Ga-1 Notice As defined in Section 2.03(d) of this Agreement.
HHS-SSA means the HHS social security administration.
Rule 15Ga-1 Notice Provider As defined in Section 2.03(d) of this Agreement.
Schedule of Performance means that schedule of performance, attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein, setting forth the timelines for Milestones in the design, development, construction, and completion of the Project (including a construction timeline in customary form) together with the dates for submission of documentation required under this Agreement, which schedule shall be attached to the Development Plan and to the Declaration.
OAC means the Oklahoma Administrative Code.
Special categories of personal data means Personal Data that reveals: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation, including data relating to criminal convictions and offences or related security measures.
Rule 144A Information means the information specified pursuant to Rule 144A(d)(4) of the Securities Act (or any successor provision thereto).
Investor Money Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48(1)) Investor Money Regulations 2015 for Fund Service Providers;
Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website The website established and maintained by the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider pursuant to Section 12.06 and Section 12.13 of this Agreement, initially located at https://sf.citidirect.com, under the “NRSRO” tab for the related transaction.
Rule 173 “Rule 405”, “Rule 415”, “Rule 424”, “Rule 430B” and “Rule 433” refer to such rules under the Act.
CFTC Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the CFTC, as amended.
OFAC Regulations means the regulations promulgated by OFAC, as amended from time to time.
Regulation AB Subpart 229.1100 - Asset Backed Securities (Regulation AB), 17 C.F.R. ss.ss.229.1100-229.1123, as such may be amended from time to time, and subject to such clarification and interpretation as have been provided by the Commission in the adopting release (Asset-Backed Securities, Securities Act Release No. 33-8518, 70 Fed. Reg. 1,506, 1,531 (Jan. 7, 2005)) or by the staff of the Commission, or as may be provided by the Commission or its staff from time to time.
Rapid(ly) report(ing means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.
Rule 159A “Rule 405” and “Rule 415” mean, in each case, such rule promulgated under the Securities Act (or any successor provision), as the same shall be amended from time to time.
Subparagraph means a portion of this Consent Decree identified by a lower case letter or an arabic numeral in parentheses.
Substantial Performance means the Work, or a substantial part of it, is ready for use or is being used for the purpose intended;
the 1992 Regulations means the National Health Service (General Medical Services) Regulations 1992(d);
Other Exchange Act Reporting Party With respect to any Other Securitization Trust that is subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act, the Other Servicer, Other Trustee, Other Certificate Administrator or Other Depositor under the related Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement that is responsible for the preparation and/or filing of Form 8-K, Form 10-D, Form ABS-EE and Form 10-K with respect to such Other Securitization Trust, as identified in writing to the parties to this Agreement; and, with respect to any Other Securitization Trust that is not subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act, the trustee, certificate administrator, master servicer, special servicer or depositor under the related Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement that is responsible for the preparation and/or dissemination of periodic distribution date statements or similar reports, as identified in writing to the parties to this Agreement.
