Sub-license Agreement definition

Sub-license Agreement means the Amended and Restated Sub-License Agreement between Marcas Modelo, S.A. de C.V. and Constellation Beers Ltd., attached as Exhibit A to the Stock Purchase Agreement.
Sub-license Agreement means the Amended and Restated Sub-license Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and between Constellation Beers Ltd. and Marcas Modelo.
