Stock Deferral Account Balance means deferred amounts payable in common stock of WGL Holdings, Inc. as described in Paragraph 7(B) of this Plan.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.
