Stock Consideration Value definition

Stock Consideration Value means the sum of (i) the Upfront Purchase Price, minus (ii) the Base Cash Amount minus (iii) the Aggregate Exercise Amount.
Stock Consideration Value means $2,500,000,000. “Stock Sale” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Stock Consideration Value has the meaning assigned in Section 2.4.
