State savings bank definition

State savings bank means a savings bank organized under or subject to Subtitle C. If the context requires, the term includes a savings bank organized under the laws of another state.
State savings bank means a depository institution organized and operated under this chapter or a corporation organized under federal law and converted so as to be operated under this chapter.
State savings bank means a savings bank chartered under the laws of Ohio and includes any savings bank holding company that has control of any such state savings bank, and any other company that controls a state savings bank.
