STAGEHANDS. This provision shall be applicable only to employees in the classification of Stagehand I and Stagehand II.

STAGEHANDS. PURCHASER shall provide at his sole cost and expense, stagehands to assist in the set-up, Rehearsal, run and strike of the show. The requirements below reflect the minimum number of personnel necessary in each area to run the show. House and/or union requirements of additional men shall not be disregarded. STAGEHANDS. Purchaser agrees to provide the labor required for load-in, show call and load-out. In all crew situations, qualified and licensed riggers and electricians must be secured. In the event that Purchaser utilizes volunteer, donated, ‘Teen Challenge’, or any other non-professional crew labor sources, it is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to provide Worker’s Comp insurance for said crew. In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to be responsible for any shortages in this labor force that may cause a delay in the engagement contracted, as well as any delays in the following days engagement in regards to late arrival and load-in due to longer than usual load-out of your engagement. In the event that Purchaser contracts with a local professional union or non-union theatrical staffing agency, Purchaser agrees to ensure that said company is fully licensed and insured to provide coverage to all local crew personnel. Under no circumstances will the Artist be responsible for the provision of insurance for any non-Artist personnel. Schedule for the engagement and crew should be advanced with the Road Manager prior to the Day of Show.
STAGEHANDS. The Promoter is to supply two (2) strong, sober stagehands to help Wardrum load in and load out the equipment.
STAGEHANDS. Stagehands and technicians may be employed for use of the Premises for certain theatrical presentations including rehearsal. Personnel authorized by the THEATER SPACE must operate stage lighting, audio, rigging console, and all technical equipment. For all required stagehands and technicians, the cost, expenses and responsibility for any such stagehands shall be the sole obligation and responsibility of the LICENSEE.
STAGEHANDS. The scope of this Agreement hereunder shall extend to all audio, carpentry, electrical, property, video and other related work recognized as traditionally falling within the jurisdiction of the Union performed on the stage and related areas as specified above in an Employer production as defined above, when under the control of the Employer.
STAGEHANDS. PURCHASER will be responsible for providing experienced personnel to be available for rehearsal on the day of the show and at time of performance.
STAGEHANDS. This is not a yellow card attraction. Stagehands may be non-union unless local regulations require that union people be employed. PRESENTER agrees to employ and pay all stagehands, whether union or non-union, including loaders, if required. Stagehands must be the same people for both rehearsal and performance. 1. Technical Director with working knowledge of facility and with authority to represent PRESENTER to act as assistant to the Stage Manager at all times. 2. Stagehands (number to be determined by Technical Director) are required to work the set-up prior to ARTIST arrival and four ( ) are required for rehearsal and performance as follows: - monitor technician on stage - "guitar" technician to assist guitarist during show (can be a staff tech) - deck technician (may double as spot operator) - light board operator (and assistant if necessary) -sound technician for front of house

  • Clinical 1.1 Provides comprehensive evidence based nursing care and individual case management to a specific group of patients/clients including assessment, intervention and evaluation. 1.2 Undertakes clinical shifts at the direction of senior staff and the Nursing Director including participation on the on-call/after-hours/weekend roster if required. 1.3 Responsible and accountable for patient safety and quality of care through planning, coordinating, performing, facilitating, and evaluating the delivery of patient care relating to a particular group of patients, clients or staff in the practice setting. 1.4 Monitors, reviews and reports upon the standard of nursing practice to ensure that colleagues are working within the scope of nursing practice, following appropriate clinical pathways, policies, procedures and adopting a risk management approach in patient care delivery. 1.5 Participates in ▇▇▇▇ rounds/case conferences as appropriate. 1.6 Educates patients/carers in post discharge management and organises discharge summaries/referrals to other services, as appropriate. 1.7 Supports and liaises with patients, carers, colleagues, medical, nursing, allied health, support staff, external agencies and the private sector to provide coordinated multidisciplinary care. 1.8 Completes clinical documentation and undertakes other administrative/management tasks as required. 1.9 Participates in departmental and other meetings as required to meet organisational and service objectives. 1.10 Develops and seeks to implement change utilising expert clinical knowledge through research and evidence based best practice. 1.11 Monitors and maintains availability of consumable stock. 1.12 Complies with and demonstrates a positive commitment to Regulations, Acts and Policies relevant to nursing including the Code of Ethics for Nurses in Australia, the Code of Conduct for Nurses in Australia, the National Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse and the Poisons Act 2014 and Medicines and Poisons Regulations 2016. 1.13 Promotes and participates in team building and decision making. 1.14 Responsible for the clinical supervision of nurses at Level 1 and/or Enrolled Nurses/ Assistants in Nursing under their supervision.

  • Development Within twenty (20) Working Days after the Commencement Date and in accordance with paragraphs 3.10 to 3.12 (Amendment and Revision), the Contractor will prepare and deliver to the Authority for approval the full and final Security Plan which will be based on the draft Security Plan set out in Appendix B.

  • Screening The Health Plan must work with contracted providers to conduct interperiodic EPSDT screens on RIte Care and all ACA Adult Expansion Population members under age 21 (i.e. 19 and 20-year old under this Agreement) to identify health and developmental problems in conformance with ATTACHMENT ED to this Agreement. Additional screens should be provided as Medically Necessary. At a minimum, these screens must include: • A comprehensive health and developmental history, including health education, nutrition assessment, immunization history, and developmental assessment • Immunizations according to the Rhode Island EPSDT Periodicity Schedule • An unclothed physical examination • Laboratory tests including lead, TB, and newborn screenings as medically indicated • Vision testing • Hearing testing • Dental screening oral examination by PCP as part of a comprehensive examination required before age one (1) • All other medically indicated screening services • And provide EOHHS with a list of established CPT/HCPC codes used to identify all billable services included in the EPSDT schedule.
