SSMA means the Spanish Securities Market Act, Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of October 23, as amended from time to time.

• This SSMA shall remain in effect for a period of five (5) years beginning on the 271st day after the installation of the Licensed Standard Software to Customer (the start date) and ending on the same calendar date five (5) years after the start date.

• Additional Licensed Standard Software licensed from New World will be added to the SSMA ninety (90) days after delivery.

• The Client further agrees that all such files, documents and their contents remain the property of SS@MA and agrees not to make copies or reproduce the contents, in whole or part; and upon request, Client will return them promptly to SS@MA.
