Software Maintenance Agreement. MDM Software Support The “MDM Basic Software Maintenance Plan” includes user support, application problem support and software maintenance. This plan becomes effective 90 days after the system installation date and sign-off, and is valid for one-year. C. Service Agreement
1) Services other than managed services addressed in Subsection D, provided under this Contract shall be in accordance with the Service Agreement as set forth in Appendix F and K of this Contract. No changes to the Service Agreement terms and conditions may be made unless previously agreed to by Vendor and DIR.
2) Compliance with the Customer Services Agreement is the responsibility of the Customer. DIR shall not be responsible for any Customer’s compliance with the Customer Services Agreement. If DIR purchases software licenses for its own use under this Contract, it shall be responsible for its compliance with the Customer Services Agreement terms and conditions.
Software Maintenance Agreement. Upon payment of the appropriate maintenance support fees, maintenance support for the LICENSED SOFTWARE (“Maintenance Support”) shall be provided in accordance with the terms of LICENSOR’s Software Maintenance and Data Subscription Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. By execution of this Agreement, LICENSEE hereby agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions of LICENSOR’s Software Maintenance and Data Subscription Agreement. Software maintenance for modifications to the LICENSED SOFTWARE that were requested by LICENSEE shall not be included within Maintenance Support and, if such support is provided, it shall be subject to additional charges at LICENSOR’s then prevailing rates.

Software Maintenance Agreement. This SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (Agreement) is entered into, by and between El Dorado County CVSO (Customer) and Panoramic Software Incorporated (PANOSOFT) for PANOSOFT's VetProWeb application software.
