SSAPs means the statements of standard accounting practice adopted by the Accounting Standards Board Limited;
SSAP means a sporting sanctions appeal panel to be appointed to determine an appeal against a deduction of points under Rule 13.
CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
ILS means New Israeli Shekel, the lawful currency of Israel.
Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.
SAP means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the statutory accounting practices prescribed or permitted by the insurance commissioner (or other similar authority) in the jurisdiction of such Insurance Subsidiary for the preparation of annual statements and other financial reports by insurance companies of the same type as such Insurance Subsidiary that are applicable to the circumstances as of the date of filing of such statement or report.
Manuals means the manuals and other documents that may be supplied to the Contractor by Land Bank on or around the Signature Date, or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, and which Manuals contain, inter alia, information and/or data relating to or in connection with the Land Bank Policies;
AHCCCS means the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System.
DHHS means the Department of Health and Human Services.
Fiserv means Fiserv, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation.
PRN means those medications and treatments that have been ordered by a qualified practitioner to be administered as needed.
Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.
Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;
EMR means the standard used for exchange of telecommunications message information among Local Exchange Carriers for billable, non-billable, sample, settlement, and study data. EMR format is contained in BR-010-200-010 XXXX Exchange Message Record, a Xxxx Communications Research, Inc. ("Bellcore") document that defines industry standards for Exchange Message Records.
COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions or mutations thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.
SAMHSA means the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.
QA means Quality Assurance.
Health screening means the use of one or more diagnostic tools to test a person for the presence or precursors of a particular disease.
