  • SSAP means a sporting sanctions appeal panel to be appointed to determine an appeal against a deduction of points under Rule 13.

Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • EMR means the standard used for exchange of telecommunications message information among Local Exchange Carriers for billable, non-billable, sample, settlement, and study data. EMR format is contained in BR-010-200-010 XXXX Exchange Message Record, a Xxxx Communications Research, Inc. ("Bellcore") document that defines industry standards for Exchange Message Records.

  • COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions or mutations thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.

  • SAMHSA means the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • QA means Quality Assurance.

  • Health screening means the use of one or more diagnostic tools to test a person for the presence or precursors of a particular disease.
