Spread Account Required Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the Spread Account Agreement.

More Definitions of Spread Account Required Amount

Spread Account Required Amount means, with respect to any Transfer Date, an amount equal to $4,491,017.96, which is 1.50% of the Series 2010-1 Collateral Amount as of the Closing Date; provided, that, if and for so long as the average Monthly Payment Rate for any three consecutive Due Periods is less than 20%, then the Spread Account Required Amount shall be an amount equal to $8,982,035.92, which is 3.00% of the Series 2010-1 Collateral Amount as of the Closing Date.
Spread Account Required Amount means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the product of (a) 1.25% and (b) the Series 2005-1 Nominal Liquidation Amount as of such Transfer Date (after the allocation of payments on such date).

  • Reserve Account Required Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to 0.25% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date; provided, however, that in no event shall the Reserve Account Required Amount on any Payment Date be more than the aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Notes on such Payment Date (after giving effect to the allocation of principal payments on such Payment Date).

  • Required Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, an amount equal to 1.80% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date, (b) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is not in effect, the greater of (i) an amount equal to 3.60% of the aggregate outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans after giving effect to distributions made on that Distribution Date and (ii) the Overcollateralization Floor and (c) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is in effect, an amount equal to the Required Overcollateralization Amount from the immediately preceding Distribution Date.
