Sports Capital definition

Sports Capital has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Sports Capital means SC Cayman, SC Delaware and SC LLC.
Sports Capital is hereby added to Section 1.1 of the Stock Purchase Agreement as follows:
